I packed my bags and traded the beaches of Southern California for a new life in Europe!

I am an adventure traveler, artist, photographer, graphic designer and now– blogger. I’m currently living and working in the Czech Republic while exploring as much as I can. I seek out the imaginative side of the places I visit and thrive in creative environments. I believe that learning how others live is a catalyst for self growth and artistic inspiration.

I aim to inspire people to explore the world and share their creative gifts! I hope this blog motivates you to get out of your comfort zone, make something new and see things for yourself.

So far, I have been to the following places:
Australia, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Maldives, Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, Poland, Saint Martin/Sint Maarten, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, South Africa, Switzerland, Thailand, The Netherlands, The Vatican City, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America, Vietnam

Everywhere else is on my list and I hope you will join the adventure!

A Few Questions About Me

Why 3 Fresh Eyes?

Travel gives you fresh eyes in terms of how you view the world around you and creatively, it’s ideal to get a fresh set of eyes on a project to bounce thoughts around to come up with new solutions. I combined these elements with the eye of insight- the third eye to create the name.

What inspired my move abroad?

I have always been drawn to European city life and I wanted to shatter my comfort zone! I believe that large life adjustments catalyze self growth and I wanted a challenge. It didn’t happen overnight- it took a lot of researching, saving and planning to make the jump over to Prague.

What is your life motto?

Create a positive mark on the world and have fun with life. You can never get more time, so travel as much as you can and share your creative gifts!

What influences my artwork?

Marine life, coastal living and surreality heavily impact my art paired with a desire to protect the environment and promote sustainable practices.

What is your favorite beach?

Laguna Beach in Southern California has it all- palm tree lined coves, cliffs, kelp forests, caves, underwater tunnels, reefs and gorgeous sunsets over the water. My partner is from Laguna and we love spending time with family there.

What do you fear most?

I have anxiety around dogs after I was injured very badly in the past. I fear certain breeds as a result and choose to avoid them as they bring trauma to mind.

What books have influenced me most in the last decade?

Big Magic by Liz Gilbert

Wild Embers by Nikita Gill

The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho

Tao Te Ching by Lao Tzu

The Happiness Advantage by Shawn Anchor

Do I have any pets?

Yes, I have two bengal cats, Kali (named after the goddess of destruction) and Ace (named after Ace Ventura haha). They look like mini leopards and go WILD at the sight of birds. Long distance air travel with them was a challenge to say the least.

Why Prague?

Europe has caught my eye as an expat destination because of the close proximity to so many different countries and cultures. I have backpacked Western Europe in the past and was looking for a destination completely fresh to me. I had never been to the Czech Republic before moving here, but have family friends from Prague that highly recommend it, and I can see why! It is a stunning, clean city with incredible architecture. The exchange rate is in my favor as an American, which is also a plus.
